We strive for accessibility to education, social support, infrastructure, and economic development for African Women and Children, for they are the future of the continent. We will actively engage with government officials, NGOs, and community leaders through quarterly meetings to advocate for policy changes and resource allocation for women’s rights, child protection, and development. Success will be measured by documented meetings, policy revisions, increased funding commitments, and the effective materialization of the project in rural communities. Our further goal is to promote peace, development, and evolution. We conduct community forums to educate participants about legal rights, provide counselling services, and facilitate access to support networks, social development, charitable initiatives, women empowerment sessions, women health programs, children’s education projects, all aimed at finding solutions and calling for justice from local governments, local and international organizations for women and children affected by violence and abuse. We arrange and fund internal initiatives if possible and seek external funding for the development of individual and community projects in the townships of the African regions and globally.

Do You Know Foundation is a Pan-African nonprofit organization defending women’s and children’s rights across Africa and globally. We fight against war atrocities, violence, sexual abuse, inequality, and substance abuse affecting women and children—especially in rural areas and townships.

OUR VISSION & MISSION

Our mission is to facilitate impactful interactions that yield concrete and enduring outcomes for the African continent. We are committed to nurturing an environment where honour, equity, and tranquillity flourish for women who have endured the impacts of war, violence, atrocities, sexual abuse, domestic violence, work harassment, and employment inequality. Furthermore, our aim is to amplify opportunities for African children and women across African townships and rural areas, fostering their potential for a prosperous future.

We equip the African Children both boys and girls by advocating for their peace and security measures in communities, especially in rural areas and townships of Africa where they are exposed to insecurities such as child trafficking, rape, torture, murder, alcohol and drugs, poor education system, child labour in the mining sector regions of Africa. Providing school essentials at the beginning of every school year in communities where they live in poverty. We advocate for accessibility to education regardless of their race, skin colour, and home backgrounds.

We organise Youth Development Programs such as accessibility to education, employment, opportunities, project companionship, human rights, civil rights, creativity, and many more, for the benefit of the African Continent. We train and advocate for Women in leadership. Striving to increase influence and drive leadership impact for businesswomen, women in politics, women in the mining sector, and entrepreneurs to create lasting change for the women leaders in Africa.

We also work for the elaboration of equitable and effective mining extraction policies in Africa, especially for the benefit of the African population around the mining exploitation areas.
